Return Policy
Items in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by a receipt and returned within 30 days of the purchase date, will be refunded or exchanged to the original payment method. Items that are opened, damaged, and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items subject to a modified return policy will be identified on the receipt or on andremotosport.com. Valid photo identification may be required.
André Moto Sport Gift Cards
If your purchase was paid for with an André Moto Sport gift card, any refund will be issued as a new gift card. In this case, the refund amount will be credited to a new André Moto Sport gift card.
Exclusions
André Moto Sport excludes certain products from its return policy: these excluded products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
The following are excluded from the André Moto Sport Return Policy:
- André Moto Sport gift cards (they are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash).
- Products specially ordered for you.
- Personalized products.
- Clearance or final sale products.
- Products without an invoice.
- A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
Where to return items
You can return or exchange an item at our store located at 1480 rue Centrale, Sainte-Catherine, QC J5C 1G5, within 90 days of the purchase date.
